The Company...
1. I started my business in 2004 with one thing in mind, you wouldn't buy a car with out a test drive. So why would anyone want to a gamble on buying a house with out a thorough evaluation, after all for most this is the single largest investment one can make. My company is affiliated with NAHIŽ and WAHIŽ which gives me a wealth of knowledge readily available to me at any given time.

5. I always encourage buyers to attend the inspection. Buyers that attend have a better understanding of the property as viewed by the inspector and are better able to read and interpret the final report. The buyer's attendance also helps them understand the scope of a home inspection as well as the limitations.
