Buyers that attend have a better understanding of the property as viewed by the inspector and are better able to read and interpret the final report. The buyer's attendance also helps them understand the scope of a home inspection as well as the limitations. 6. An inspection can usually be scheduled within one or two days. The Report... 1. The inspection fees vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house. You can use the request or contact us section in this website or you can call me at 906-282-1657 or home/fax 715-696-6043 for a specific quotation. 2. A full inspection covers the Site/Grounds, Exterior, Structural Components, Foundation, Roof, Attic, Insulation, Ventilation, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/AC, Garage, Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Interior. 3. Yes, I prepare an extensive computer generated report that generally runs 17-35 pages. Included is a Report Overview that will let you quickly review the recommended improvements to the home. The report is narrative in nature so that you can read, in plain english, the results of the home inspection. For first time home buyers I also offer a maintenance schedule booklet and a helpful maintenance video. 4. The report is computer generated with pictures and can usually be printed on-site after the inspection if necessary. I prefer to e-mail reports after they are completed, this ensures that nothing is overlooked. There are no sloppy hand-written checklists! 5. The report is usually available the same day, either printed or e-mailed. 6. You can receive a sample report by contacting our office. 7.
