Services & Fees The inspection fees vary depending on the size and age of the house. Please call 906-282-1657 or home/fax 715-696-6043 for additional information. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A full inspection of a typical 1500 square foot house is around $255.00 Radon Testing is available, and strongly encouraged, for $85.00 during a home inspection, otherwise the cost is $145.00 with a maximum distance of 50 miles. ( 2 canisters are used ) The Re-inspection fee is $150.00 (most times I will do this as a courtesy for those who are unable to attend and if the inspection is within a 20 mile radius for NO charge.)
